target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.gaster-wellpappe.de\/\" data-cke-saved->Gaster Wellpappe<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellpappe-sausenheim.de\/ueber-uns\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.pti-karton.de\/\" data-cke-saved->PTI<\/a>, die gemeinsam ein integriertes Wellpappengesch\u00e4ft in Deutschland bilden. Die Unternehmen betreiben die Produktion und Weiterverarbeitung von Wellpappenverpackungen an f\u00fcnf Standorten in S\u00fcddeutschland, besch\u00e4ftigen rund 350 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter und erzielten im Jahr 2025 einen Umsatz von rund 74 Millionen Euro.<\/p>\n<p>Die Transaktion ist bereits die zweite, bei der Translink in j\u00fcngster Zeit als Berater f\u00fcr Stora Enso t\u00e4tig war, nach dem Verkauf von Selfly Store im Januar 2025.
