Sie erwartet in den kommenden Jahren ein weiteres starkes Wachstum.<\/p>\n<p>Die FIT Voltaira Group hat mit dem Verk\u00e4ufer &#8211; dem Insolvenzverwalter Martin Mucha (Grub Brugger) &#8211; die \u00dcbernahme der Auto-Kabel Gruppe vereinbart und somit f\u00fcr s\u00e4mtliche Unternehmen der Gruppe eine f\u00fcr alle beteiligten Parteien zufriedenstellende L\u00f6sung gefunden.<\/p>\n<p>Die \u00dcbernahme wird \u00fcber eine deutsche Tochtergesellschaft der Foxconn Interconnect Technologies Limited (\u201eFIT\u201c) durchgef\u00fchrt, einem globalen Champion f\u00fcr L\u00f6sungen im Bereich Konnektivit\u00e4t f\u00fcr EV-Mobilit\u00e4t, 5G AIoT und Audioanwendungen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Auto-Kabel Gruppe wird in hohem Ma\u00dfe von der finanziellen St\u00e4rke der FIT Voltaira Group profitieren, die das weitere Wachstum der neu gebildeten Gruppe erm\u00f6glicht und es ihr erlaubt, sich im dynamischen und volatilen Umfeld des Automobilmarktes optimal zu entwickeln.<\/p>\n<p>Die FIT Voltaira Group stieg fr\u00fchzeitig in den Verkaufsprozess ein und konnte den Verk\u00e4ufer und den Gl\u00e4ubigerausschuss davon \u00fcberzeugen, dass die Zukunft der Auto-Kabel Gruppe am besten durch einen Verkauf an die FIT Voltaira Group gesichert ist. Neben Translink Corporate Finance wurde die Transaktion auf der K\u00e4uferseite von Deloitte (Finance and Tax DD), Sullivan &amp; Cromwell sowie K\u00fcmmerlein (beide Legal) sowie McKinsey (Strategy) beraten.<\/p>\n<p>Das Projekt war besonders komplex, da die Auto-Kabel Gruppe aus 17 rechtlichen Einheiten in 8 L\u00e4ndern besteht, von denen sich einige in einem Insolvenzverfahren befinden. Die Transaktion muss noch von den lokalen Wettbewerbsbeh\u00f6rden genehmigt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Transaktion ist ein weiteres Beispiel f\u00fcr erfolgreiche Buy-Side-Beratungsprojekte f\u00fcr internationale Kunden, die von Translink Corporate Finance durchgef\u00fchrt wurden.<\/p>\n<p>Ulrich Eichler, CEO der FIT Voltaira Group, sagte: \u201eDiese Akquisition ist ein wichtiger Meilenstein auf unserem Weg, ein f\u00fchrender Anbieter von intelligenten Energieverteilungssystemen, Elektrifizierung, Sensor- und Konnektivit\u00e4tsl\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr die Mobilit\u00e4tsindustrie zu werden.
